These terms
These terms cover your use of the it-360.co.uk website. The site is run by IT 360 Group Ltd (company number 16259600, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE). By using the site you accept them. The services we provide to clients are governed by the separate agreement each client signs, not by this page.
Using the site
You may read, print and share the content for your own business use. You may not copy it to another website, use it to build a competing service, or scrape it automatically. You may not attempt to access any part of the site or its hosting you are not authorised to use, or introduce anything malicious. The Quick Support software on the Support page is for use only when an IT-360 engineer has asked you to run it.
Content and accuracy
We keep the site accurate and current, and we date the guides on the Blog. The content is general information for UK businesses, not advice on your specific situation; speak to us before acting on it. Prices and offers shown are indicative and are confirmed in a written quote.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, images, design and code belong to IT 360 Group Ltd or our licensors. The IT-360 name and logo are our trade marks. Client logos and screenshots on the Portfolio page are shown with the clients' permission and remain their property. Microsoft, 8x8, Zest4 and other supplier names are the trade marks of their owners.

Links to other websites, including the client sites on the Portfolio page, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nor does it limit anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
